She'll use flat-pack cabinetry and make it look completely custom. Every decision serves the whole.
Jennifer is a master of lighting design. Under-counter, toe-kick, accent, art lighting, dimmers — she thinks about every bulb and every shadow. She'll go shopping with you. She'll hold the swatch up to your wall at 3pm and then again at 7pm. She will shop online like a bloodhound and won't sign off until it's right.

Signature Lighting Design
Most contractors install light fixtures. Jennifer designs light experiences. Before a single tile is cut, she's already planning every layer — the warm glow of under-counter strips, the soft theater of toe-kick lighting at midnight, the art-grade beam that makes a painting look like it's lit from within.
She once specified a chandelier made entirely of hand-blown solid glass birds. When you turned the birds on their stems, they cast shadow-play patterns across the walls — sunlight and silhouette shifting with the angle. It wasn't a light fixture. It was a mood generator.
Every project uses the LeGrand Adorne collection — the most beautifully designed switch and outlet system on the market. Dimmers on every circuit that warrants it. Recessed lighting positioned not just for brightness, but for shadow. Smart home integration where it matters.

Signature Feature
We are the authorized Flare Modern Fireplaces dealer for the Bellingham and Eastside markets. Linear, see-through, single-sided — Flare fireplaces are architectural statements, not afterthoughts.
Jennifer designs around them. She'll plan the tile surround, the hearth material, the mantle profile, and the accent lighting so the fireplace reads as a complete composition — not just a box in a wall. When the fire is off, it's a sculpture. When it's on, it's the entire room.
We handle full installation — gas line, venting, surround, and smart home integration so you can set the flame height from your phone.

We focus on high-impact transformations that can be designed and built in days, not months. Because life is too short to live in a bathroom you don't love.
From demo to done in 5–10 days. We remove the curb, set a custom-sloped mud bed, lay large-format tile, and install frameless glass. The result looks like a high-end hotel — permanently.
New vanity, new fixtures, new tile, new lighting — all coordinated by Jennifer into a unified design. We can transform the look of an entire bathroom in under two weeks.

Jennifer produces a complete design concept — material selections, lighting plan, fixture schedule, and computer renderings so you can see exactly what your space will look like before a single tool is picked up.
